Can I ask for my order to be packaged as a gift?

Each Belle order is packaged in a beautiful box with a hand-lettered name. If you are ordering something as a gift - add information in the comment to the order what name to write on the box.

Can I pick up the order in person?

Unfortunately, personal collection is currently not possible.

Order processing time is usually 7 business days. Delivery time for courier and parcel locker is max. 48 hours.

Exchange and return

How can I return products?

To return products, write an e-mail with the title "return order number" to our e-mail address:, specifying in the e-mail the name of the product being returned and the account number for the return transfer, and then send the package to the address we provided.

How much time do I have to return products?

You must inform us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The shipment should take place within the next 5 business days from the time of sending the e-mail.

Will I receive a refund for shipping costs when making a return?

If you return all products in your order, we will refund the entire cost of your order, including the price of shipping from us to you. If you are returning part of an order, we will only refund the returned products. The cost of returning the returned goods to us in both cases is your responsibility.
